TXS0102: Question about testing waveform

Part Number: TXS0102

Hi team,

My customer designs voltage level translator and see strange waveform.

They need to know the reason.

At first, to provide VCCB93V3) power then supplying VCCA (1V8). They see the signal will be pull low a while to pull high.

could you advise the reason about blue waveform pull low period?

  • red: CD_3V3 --> TXS0102 B2
  • yellow: LED_1V8 --> TXS0102 VCCA
  • blue: CD_1V8 --> TXS0102 A2

Thanks

  • The VCC isolation feature works only when one supply is at GND. While VCC is above 0 V but below the minimum specified in the recommended operating conditions (1.65 V), correct operation is not guaranteed.

    To ensure that the I/Os are disabled, pull OE low.
