SN74AVC4T774: Use case question

Hello,

I had a question about the SN74AVC4T774PWR. In case DIR1,DIR2,DIR3,DIR4 = ‘0’ (from B to A) and VCCB = 3.3V and VCCA = 0V.

What will be with B1,B2,B3,B4 pins in this case? Will it act as input (high impedance)?
