replacement for 74Ls07 with extended temperature range

Hello there,

I am looking to see whether or not TI has made a replacement for the good old 74LS07 AND that is spec'd to industrial operating temperature range.

If there is no direct replacement, can someone suggest something else? Must be SMT. Thank you!

Unfortunately we dont offer this in extended temp range.

Can you tell me what you need? From voltage, to voltage I suspect you need to pull it up to a higher voltage level

Yes, I believe they are driven by some NC7s tiny logic ICs operating at 1,8V and they are driving 2Kohm pull-up resistors to 5V.

This would get you a little better temp range. LV07A or LVC07A
