TXS0108E: Revision code of the TXS0108EPWR

Part Number:

Hi,

We were using TXS0108EPWR in one of our projects with VCCA at 1.2V.

But the revision history in datasheet shows that the VCCA is increased from 1.2 to 1.4V as shown below

Changes from Revision F (January 2019) to Revision G

• Added NME package (NFBGA) ............................................................................................................................................. 1
• Changed VCCA MIN from 1.2 to 1.4 V in the Recommended Operating Conditions table...................................................... 6

Below is the image of IC with part code. Can you please check and let us know if the part used will support 1.2V?

Thanks

kavin

  • Hi Kavin,

Unfortunately the TXS0108E no longer supports operation at VCC = 1.2V.

    Thanks!
