I am using the LSF0204 to level shift I2C from 1V8 to 3V3 as shown:
My query is that the VDD_3V3_RF is a software controlled supply and is only enabled when the RF front end is powered up. The VDD_1V8 supply is always there.
On my board, with the VDD_3V3_RF supply disabled I am measuring around 1V. Is it possible that this is leakage from VCC_A (active) to VCC_B (inactive)
The VCC_3V3_RF is supplied via an LDO and is controlled by the enable input
