SN74LVCR2245A: ioff isoaltion

Part Number: SN74LVCR2245A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCR2245

Dears

We have identify one case,  only one of the output pin(PINA) of SN74LVCR2245 have pulled up to a stable 3.3V(vcc2), and power down(VCC1) the device.

we have find the output of the device have following the power VCC1 drop, and find the output(PINA) hold to  0.8V for a while, even VCC1 have go to zero.

so need your help if we can provide some internal circuit for this device?  we want to know if the PINA will have some leakage to the device in this case?

thanks

  • Hello Jun,

It is very likely that the voltage at the Vcc pin of the device (pin 20) is not at 0V.

As indicated in the datasheet, the supply voltage must be 0V for the Ioff feature to activate:

Under the condition that Vcc = 0V, the output will have up to 10uA of leakage current.
