Hello, can the SN74LVC3G17 be used as a level shifter from 3.3V to 5V, Vcc = 5V

the datasheet states Vin threshold between 2.61 and 3.3V

Is there a similar part in the LV1 family

The SN74LVC3G17 was designed for input signals with the same voltage.

The SN74LV4T125 would work, but for 3.3 V to 5 V translation, you can simply use any buffer with TTL-compatible inputs, such as the SN74AHCT125.
