Just barely; the AUP family is optimized for low power usage and guarantees nor more than 27.5 MHz at 1.5 V. The single-channel SN74AUC1G17 can do 110 MHz.

At 1.2 V, AUP can do 20 MHz; AUC, 100 MHz.

Since i need it do be SC70_6 package can i use SN74AUC2G34?
