Does Ioff parameter also apply to /OE, DIR pin ?
i.e. when VCCA is power-down, will it be damaged if /OE, DIR pin is driven from outside ?
"This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs,
preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down."
