We don't currently have a model for this device. I'll check into the status for you.

It looks like we don't currently have the capability to produce behavioral models for voltage translators. This is something we are planning to implement in the next year or so, but not in the near future.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We recommend to instead prototype circuits with these types of devices. To help with this, we have an EVM for standard logic devices here:
