I am trying to purchase PN SNJ54LVTH16245AWD, but cannot find a vendor - I need help with this...please

ALSO, What is the difference between "SN" and "SNJ"? The data sheet only talks to the "SN" part, but the appendix to the data sheet lists ONLY the "SNJ" in the "orderable device" column. Yet, no one (distributors) show this device as available. Can 300 of these parts be ordered through TI?

Please answer my questions.

The SNJ prefix specifies MIL-PRF-38535 QML Class Q qualification; see www.ti.com/pdfs/hirel/hirel_product_nomenclature.pdf.

These devices can be ordered by military customers.

Thank you for this "PDF", it is very informative. HOWEVER, the example in the PDF uses the "245" as an example, but I cannot determine what "AWD" means. OR is the "A" and upgrade to the "245" (from the "2022" example on page 2) and the actual suffix is "WD" - ceramic flatpack.

To confirm, SNJ54LVTH16245AWD is still a valid part number.

Yes, "A" indicates an update, and "WD" is the package.

All valid part numbers (in this case, only one) are shown in the Ordering & quality table.
