Import and Export Information (ECCN and HTS Codes)

Hello,

Is there some sort of repository or database which houses all of TI's products where we can obtain the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and/or the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes? I'm specifically interested in Part Number SN74LS139AN, a multiplexer decoder. I'm a Licensed Broker, and I've reviewed the Customs Rulings database, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, but it's not perfectly clear to me.
