TXS0108E: Question for TXS0108E BGA Packages

Hi Team,

Our customer wants to use our TXS0108E but they are confused for our NFBGA and UFBGA package listed in the datasheet - what's their difference? We do not see NFBGA package drawing info in our datasheet, can you help to provide?

    Hey Jacky,

    The packages are p2p so you won't see differences. I'd recommend using the new NME package. I'll see if I can find out why the mech drawing is being appended, give me a few days to get this resolved.
