Hello,

I noticed that the SN74HC14D component does not have the junction temperature identified?

The qualification reports suggest that it can handle a wider temperature since the stress test uses -65 to 105C cycles.

Hi Brian,

The SN74HC14 is qualified for operation between -40C and 85C, ambient.

Additionally, the maximum junction temperature should never exceed 150C.

I would like to see that the maximum junction temperature may be up to 150C for this device.
