In the outline drawing on page 32 of the data sheet, the values of D and E are unknown.
(20-DSBGA)

I searched for another material but couldn't find it.

Could you tell me the value?

In the latest revision (H) of the datasheet, page 1 says:

TXB0108YZP DSGBA (20) 1.90 mm x 2.40 mm

Page 28 says:

D: Max = 2.418 mm, Min = 2.358 mm
E: Max = 1.918 mm, Min = 1.858 mm
