SN74LVCH162244A: SN74LVCH162244A coupling noise is large than VILmax, whether it has risks to be high

Hi team,

My customer is using the SN74LVCH162244A now. Because the bad layout of the GND. The FPWM0 will couple the signal to FPRSNT. We want to check whether the couple singal 760mv will make the real low to high for it's above the VIL(0.7V)? 

BTW: Not sure the bus-hold feature will help here. Thanks.
