SN74LVC1G17: Leakage current of internal clamp diode between OUTPUT(Y) and VCC

Part Number: SN74LVC1G17

Logic support team

As far as I see the absolute maximum rating of SN71LVC1G17, a clamp diode is placed between OUTPUT(Y) and VCC. Generally, a clamp diode is much leakage current. Customer circuit is terminated with 1Mohm resistor and the low level threshold is max. 0.4V As a result, The leakage current is erequired less than 400nA.

How much does the leakage current flow from VCC to OUTPUT(Y)?

And also,

How much does the current from INPUT(A) to VCC when Vin > Vcc?

Thanks
