Hi team,

We have requests below to find suitable devices below.

1) 3.3V TO 1.8v bi-direction level shift.

For emmc5.1 bus requirement( clock above 400Mhz), above 12bit(16bit is better), Current solution is ADG3247. Do we have solutions for the requirement?

2) For data rate above 12Mhz and MDIO requirement, current solution is TXS0102. Do we have suitable 4bit solution?

How about TXS0104E?

3) one bit solution for 125Mhz clock, How about LSF0101?

Hey Frank,

Though these devices would be the best suited to handle these interfaces, they can not support that high frequency. Please refer to the data rate we provide in the data sheet to confirm for each application.

Hey Frank,

For 1, we won't have anything to support this. For 2, you can likely use the LSF0204. This will require fairly small resistor sizes to get that speed, refer to this video on how to size them. For 3, the SN74AXC1T45 can mostly likely achieve this speed just make sure to minimize the load capacitance as much as possible (<50 pF).
