I selected TXB0104 for receive and sending serial data communication. Logic transition is between 3.3V and 5V and vice versa, A device(Nexition display) sends and recieves data.

The TXB translator family shouldn't drive more than 70pF load, and typically a serial connection will have a much higher capacitance. This can result in oscillation and other problems.
Since your configuration has two unidirectional signals, why not use dedicated Tx and Rx translators? I would recommend looking at the SN74LVC1T45.
Thankyou for recommending the IC. Finally I'd like to know what value of capacitors to be connected at the VCCA and VCCB of SN74LVC1T45.
