TXS0108E: Do we have 8 bit level shifter to convert 3.3V to 15V

Hi team,

My customer wants to find a level shifter to convert 3.3V level to 15V level. And it needs at least 8bits. So do we have any proper device? Thanks.

Hi Wayne,

There's only one voltage family that supports 15V, and that's the CD4k family. The CD40109B is a quad voltage level translator that will do 3.3V to 15V, but we don't have an octal version.
