Hi Team,
We've received an inquiry from a customer about the high-level output current (IOH) and low-level output current (IOL) of TXS0102QDCURQ1. As I understand the low level output current (IOL) depends on the output current of another device connected to TXS0102QDCURQ1, is it correct?
In Figure 10 of the datasheet, there are internal PMOS transistors on both sides of translators. What is the maximum output current of the PMOS transistors?
Regards,
Danilo
Hey Danilo,
Those FETs are only active when the one shot is triggered and the impedance is ~ 70 ohms. This device is a passive translator and shouldn't be used with the intention of it providing additional drive of its own.
