Hi,
What is the input pin status when IC is off (vdd=0)?
Is it floating?
Thanks!

Hello,
"Floating" refers to a voltage node that is at an unknown state, ie nothing is forcing the node to a known state. This is commonly associated with a high-impedance state, since that may result in a floating node.
The input pin is always high impedance. The output will also be high impedance with the supply at 0V - as specified by I_off in the datasheet electrical characteristics table.
