Hi All,

Does SN74LVC1G17-Q1 have any clamp diodes at the input?

it is said that the absolute voltage can be exceeded if the current is limited so I am guessing it has clamp diodes at the input, but cannot find precise info on that.

Could you please confirm?

There is a single clamp diode from GND to the input pin. The current limit is only for negative voltages. See [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?

Another doubt concerning in particular the codes SN74AHC1G14 and SN74LVC1G17-Q1:
for these components the Ioff @ Vcc = 0V is not declared. So I wonder if the Vi input voltage can assume values greater than 0V when Vcc is equal to 0V. I could turn the question to other words: Is the absolute value for the Vi input voltage to be considered for any Vcc (including Vcc = 0V)?

I think the answer to this question is already provided in thre link you just sent me but please feel free to add any comments.

The SN74LVC1G17-Q1 datasheet specifies I_off.

The SN74AHC1G14 datasheet specifies I_I for any V_CC, including 0 V. The outputs are not protected against overvoltage.
