My customer would like to know for the TXS0108  is the GDN (pin 11) internally connected to the thermal pad.

    Hi Joe,

    No, not exactly. The die is connected to the thermal pad via a conductive adhesive compound. The thermal pad can be connected to ground or left floating, but should not be connected to any other signals. The GND pin must be connected to ground.
