LSF0108: Pullup Resistors Sizing

Hi, 

I am using the LSF0108 to translate between 5V and 2.5V. VrefA and VrefB are 2.5V and 3.3V respectively. On B side (signals go to backplane, not part of my design), there are 2.2Kohm pullup resistors to 5V and those are fixed. 
How would I size the pullup resistors for A side? Do they have to be the same value as those on B side?
