    It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If you're looking to simulate signal integrity, I would recommend using the provided IBIS models, which include package parasitics as well as characteristics of the device.

    If you're just looking for input characteristics, you can find those in the electrical characteristics table. The input leakage is listed as up to 1uA at 3.6V, so a minimum of 3.6/1e-6 = 3.6 Mohm resistance. It also lists the typical input capacitance of 4.5 pF. These two together should give you a reasonable representation of the input for most applications.
