My customer is asking for open drain output SN74LV123A in TI solution. May we know if you have recommended solution for us? If no, do we have any method to change SN74LV123A to open drain output? Thanks a lot!!

All monostable multivibrators have push/pull outputs.

You have to add an open-drain inverter or buffer (SN74LVC1G06, SN74LVC1G07) to the output.
