Thank you for your response. I more thing what will the effect with respect to device operation when they let the EN pin floating? If EN pin is referenced to VCCA (which they think it is internally pulled up), how does leaving this pin open/floating, affect this device operation?

There is no internal pullup. EN will have a random voltage, and might go randomly above and below the switching threshold.
