TXB0104: Is there have any other parts is simialr to TXB0104 but can support 130M datarate and SPI interface?

Hi,

Is there have any other parts is simialr to TXB0104 but can support 130M datarate and SPI interface? And I found the TXB0304 can also run at 140M datarate. but the interface type is SPIO. what is the difference between SPIO and SPI? Thanks a lot!

Do you really need automatic direction sensing? If not, use the SN74AXC4T774.

At 140 Mbps, a single bit has a length of about 7 ns. As shown in section 6.7 of the datasheet, the speed of the TXB0304 depends on the voltage and on the capacitive load.
