ESD test results

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as reference to the data sheet.
However, there is no description in the data sheet.
Customers are required to submit the test results (including values) of ESD-HBM and CDM.
Please tell me the test results and values.

Hi Yamada-san,

So far I have not been able to find an ESD rating for this device - I'm still waiting to hear back from one more person before I give up though. I'll get back to you again within 1 business day (it may be Monday, Dallas time)

Hi Yamada-san,

This device was part of an acquisition of Harris Semiconductor logic devices in the 1990's. We did not receive ESD data along with the acquisition, nor have we performed ESD tests since.

I would recommend to treat them as very sensitive to ESD, with HBM rating <1kV and CDM rating <250V, although I know that similar devices do pass 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM -- I cannot provide any guarantees without testing.
