Hi team,
My customer is using the SN74LVC2G00 now and find the negative overshoot (-0.9v) is over the device spec -0.5V, But the time is very short(80us). We want to check whether it has risks here? Thanks.

HI Dylan,
in my opinion, over-0.9v will not damage the device if the Iik and Iok<50mA. What's your opinion? Thanks.
Hi Frank,
That's not an opinion, that's just what is stated in the datasheet.
I should point out that having a voltage below 0.9V will likely produce much more than 50mA, since this is forward biasing a diode and it should be clamping to ~0.7V if it is only 50mA or less.
