Hello,
My customer is considering to replace TOSHIBA TC7W32FU with SN74LVC2G32.
TC7W32FU specifies VOH min as 4.13V with -4mA, VCC=4.5V and Ta=-45-85C.
On the other hand, SN74LVC2G32 specifies VOH min as 3.8V with -32mA, VCC=4.5V and Ta=-45 – 85C.
Then they would like to know VOH min of SN74LVC2G32 with -4mA condition to know it is compatible with or better than TOSHIBA for this parameter.
Do you have any data for -4mA condition? Or how to calculate this value?
Regards,
Oba
The TC7W series is the equivalent of the HC family. LVC has much stronger outputs, and is compatible.
The worst-case VOH at −4 mA is 4.4 V; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?
