Hi TI-team

My customer have a question.

Package heights are listed on page 22 of the data sheet.

The old data sheet only listed it as 1.45MAX.

Can you tell me why the 0.9 of MIN was added ?

    Hey Koji,

    This is a TI wide drawing so I won't have the exact answer to why it was added. However, we always strive to provide our customers as much info as possible to best use our products. This value gives customers a minimum height tolerance, however in most cases I think a max tolerance is more appropriate to have.
