The customer is using 74LVC541 from Nexperia.

Do we have a similar device but the output will pull low when disable?

This is an AND gate with an inverted input. A single gate can be implemented with the SN74LVC1G97; for many gates, combine inverter and AND devices, e.g., SN74LVC540A and 2× SN74LVC08A.

With an active-high OE, you could just use AND devices.
