SN74AHCT1G125: what the VIH and VIL would be if VCC only 3.3V

Hi team,

We know that AHCT need 5V VCC.

However, there's an old design from customer that only give VCC 3.3V. (There isn't any issue till now.)

We hope to know that in this case will VIH and VIL be different?

Is there any side effect?
