Customer want to get the Spcie module, but I only can find the IBAS module from TI web, so could you kindly help us check whether we have this module to support?

Hey Antony,

For details regarding how to design with an LSF translator, I would highly recommend watching this short video series: Understanding the LSF family of bidirectional, multi-voltage level translators

Please see attached for a behavioral PSpice model & example in Tina-TI. These are very simple models, but provide a good estimation of operation of the device. Please let me know if they run into any problems using the models.

Hi Maier,

Customer can't use our Tina software, but it looks like it still need one libraries file for the PSpice model, so would you like to help us check whether we have?

Hi Antony,

The .cir file I provided can be used in any PSpice simulator. I have only given an example file in Tina-TI.

This model is not currently in our PSpice for TI library, however I will request that it be added.
