SN74LV123A: Pin terminatio

Hi guys, working with someone on this device (SN74LV123APWR), the datasheet wasn't clear.

If we are planning on using only half the outputs, so pins 5,9,10,12 are floating, how do you terminate them?

The datasheet seems to indicate pin 9 to ground and 10 to vcc. Is that correct?

Outputs can be left open. All inputs must be connected, and the connections suggested by the datasheet ensure that the device does not trigger.

Why not use the SN74LVC1G123?

Thanks for the answer. The device is already on the PCB, not component changes allowed.
