I think the app note you're after is this one: Logic in Live-Insertion Applications With a Focus on GTLP

The LSF0108 can be used to provide the first level of isolation if the EN pin is driven to 0V. This can be accomplished by reducing VCCB to 0V and waiting for the node at EN to go to 0V (note the large time constant of 200kohm and 1uF bypass capacitor), or it can be done by connecting an open-drain driver to the EN node directly and driving the line LOW as shown in this video: Using the Enable Pin with the LSF Family
