CD4069UB: Do TI have actual tested data for ±1KV HBM?

Hi Team

In CD4069UBNSR’s datasheet, ESD rating is ±500V for HBM.

My customer wonders if TI have actual tested value for CD4069UBNSR for over ±1kV HBM?

±1kV HBM is customer’s main concern to adopt CD4069UBNSR.

Please let me know if you have any other advice.

Hello,

Yes the CD4069UBNSR was tested up to 2500 V (HBM), 250 V (MM), and 1500 V (CDM). The highest passing values were:

HBM: 500 V

MM: 50 V

CDM: 200 V

Hey Hung,

The device is only guaranteed to meet the 500 HBM.
