My customer would like to know the variation of SN74LV14A VT threshold.

Do you have any data regarding following 3 specs(Highlighted yellow in follow table)?

１．VT+Positive-going threshold : (min, typ)

２．VT– Positive-going threshold : (typ, max)

３．ΔVTHysteresis (VT+ – VT–) : (typ, max)

No, I'm afraid that data isn't available for the SN74LV14A.

Do you know what the application is? I would usually recommend a different solution for applications that require more accuracy is the input thresholds -- specifically, comparators.

If they are intent on using logic for the solution, I would instead use the much more recent SN74HCS14. I have much more data available for this device.
