Thanks for the opportunity to review your schematics.
It looks like you're using the SN74LVC1G32-Q1 to logically OR the signals JTAG_PMA_PS_HOLD and SA_PMA_PS_HOLD.
The parts that I can see on the schematic are fine.
Similar to the first post I responded to (on the SN74LVC1G08-Q1), I can't see the input signals or output load, so I can't really comment on those besides saying keep the input signals fast and near the rails, and the outputs lightly loaded (within datasheet specs).
