A customer already layout the board and found that the pin 3 of SN74AC08-PW has wrong connection. He wants to cut the pin 3 (output) of the device. He would like to confirm if there will be any issue if he will cut the pin or just raising the pin would be a better option? I asked the customer how he will cut the pin and still waiting for his response.
