SN74AC14: Acceptable overshoot/undershoot level in short term

Hello team,

I've heard that the TI's standard logic devices won't be guaranteed but may works with large VOS/VUS such us VCC+1V for 10ns from logic FAQ.

So, do you think if the OS/US duration is 5ns, the 2V OS/US will be acceptable?

What's the Vcc in your system that you're working with? 2V seems a bit high for an OS/US. With regard to the overshoot/undershoot, see below in the datasheet the first note. These values can be exceeded as long as you observe the max clamp current ratings (+/-20mA)
