I am using the LSF0102 for level shifting the MDIO. MDC signals from 1.8V to 3.3V. I am level shifting both signals with the single part and have connected it using figure 6 in the datasheet. There is a note in the datasheet on page 14 and says "If either output is push-pull, data must be unidirectional or the outputs must be tri-state and be controlled by some direction-control mechanism to prevent HIGH-to-LOW bus contention in either direction. If both outputs are open-drain, no direction control is needed."
Do I need to do something with the enable pin as I have it tied high all the time through a 200K resistor as show and using a 100pf cap? MDIO is open drain but MDC is push pull.
