The output drive current is +/- 24mA on page 1 of SN74AVC2T244 data sheet. So, is this value the current for each output channel?
Or, is this value the total output current?

+-24mA is the drive per channel.

For SN74AVC2T244, is it possible to continue to output +24mA (-24mA) for two channels at the same time?

Kato-san,

Yes, at Vcc = 3V the device is capable of outputting +-24mA per channel.
