Hello,

If power input to VCCB at 1st, does this device have damage?
Does DIR port have internal upll-up or upll-down? Can this pin tolerate floating?

Hi ACGUY,

There are no power sequencing requirements for this device so it should be fine. The Dir input doesn't have internal pull-ups or pull-downs and must not be left floating.

Can I ignore the list of "Power-Up Considerations" on p9 for datasheet?

Hi ACGUY,

Those are general guidelines to consider, its up to you if you want to follow them or not. Vcca is recommended to be powered up first due to it powering the control circuitry.
