SN74LV14A: Connecting 10uF capacitor between input pin and GND

Hi,

Is there a possibility for the SN74LV14A with the schmitt trigger feature to latch up if connecting a 10uF capacitor between the input pin and GND?
There isn't mentioned regarding tr and tf in SN74LV14A data sheet. So, could you please give me your advice?

This will work. A Schmitt-trigger input does not have a limit on the rise/fall time.

Latch up happens only when you exceed the absolute maximum ratings.
