SN74LVC8T245: Is there any possibility that unexpected output is come out on B side when figure 5 schematic is used?

Part Number: SN74LVC8T245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LXC8T245

 Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using SN74LVC8T245 with Figure 5 of the device datasheet (Version SCES584B).

 https://www.tij.co.jp/jp/lit/ds/symlink/sn74lvc8t245.pdf

They have a few questions about the device.

In their system, 5.0V power line (VCCB) is powered up prior to 3.3V power line (VCCA) powered up.

/OE and DIR pins are pulled up to VCCA as sam as figure 5.

 Their questions are the follows.

Q1. After VCCB powered up, is there any possibility that unexpected output is come out on B side by finishing VCCA powered up?

Q2. If Q1 answer is yes, can it be solved with connecting /OE and DIR to VCCB(5.0V) side?

Could you please give me your reply?

 Best regards,

 Kazuya.
