The maximum speed depends on the strength of the pull-up resistors. What bit rate will actually be used?

This should be possible.

See section 9.2.1.2.2 for how to size the pull-up resistors. The I3C specification suggests 4 mA, but a board with higher trace capacitances might require higher currents. I cannot predict the actual characteristics of the board, so I suggest to check the waveforms with an oscilloscope and adjusting the resistors based on that.
