Graphics display driver which supports touch-sensitive LCDs and compatible display

Hello,

I'm looking for a Graphics display driver which supports touch-sensitive LCDs and also a compatible display with the following requirements: 

Max display size= 5"

VDD max= 5V

required current max = 1A

The interface can be both I2C or SPI. 

If the driver comes with a EVKIT would be great.

I have quickly looked at the TI LCD drivers, but I don't understand what other equipment I have to use to complete my GUI project.
